Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy at Dependable Fire Equipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and applicable charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for available services through Purolator.

Shipping estimates are based on when the package leaves our facility, not when the order is placed.

Shipment Processing Time & Order Tracking

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive email updates on your order once your items have shipped, containing your tracking number(s), and a web link to the tracking information from the chosen carrier.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping to PO Boxes is not available. Shipping address must be a physical address recognized by Purolator in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.

Please note that there are shipping restrictions on certain manufacturers and products to some provinces in Canada, as noted in the product description.
