This is the latest in extinguisher can harnesses.

It is held in place by two 3" velcro straps and a safety strap with a D ring, which goes through the hanging bracket on the can.  The can may then be carried either horizontally or vertically.  It can be used with 2.2 size SCBA bottles for easy carrying.

The “Deluxe” system come with a wedge.
