This outstanding construction design holds the sections firmly and rigidly, without brackets, hooks, or obstructions of any kind. These compact ladders require a minimum of banking space - and have the extra advantage of being especially stable and rigid.

** Staypoles are optional on 40ft length. Base width is 24" standard plus 2-1/2" to go overpoles.

MFG Note: We do recommend Staypoles for 40ft ladders even though NFPA has listed them as optional.

All Extension ladders 40ft and over are equipped with 1/2" manila rope as standard.
